circulação de capitais, mercadorias e pessoas

internacionais de recrutamento de trabalhadores, fazendo dos estados da Fronteira Norte do
país, em especial a rota amazônica

. No entendimento desse processo, é fundamental a dinâmica de reprodução
no agronegócio como fenômeno conectado à reestruturação produtiva global, articulando-a,
localmente, à produção de novos espaços da migração internacional no Brasil

As migrações Sul-Sul no Brasil também precisam ser compreendidas a partir de suas
conotações político-jurídicas, tendo em vista que a migração refugiada é um componente
importante dos processos migratórios neste século. A trajetória histórica do país no direito ao
reconhecimento de refúgio se pauta na adoção da Convenção do Estatuto do Refugiado de
1951 – que ainda limitava ao refúgio os acontecimentos ocorridos antes de 1 de janeiro de
1951 e com origem nos países europeus - e do Procotocolo de 1967 das Nações Unidas, que
não impunha mais as restrições temporais e geográficas para a definição de refugiado. Nesses
